    Default Bucket for digger

    Built a 12" bucket for a small track Excavater My friend wanted a heavy bucket this is how it turned out.We got the teeth later and welded them on. Works Great.

    Nice job!
    #5 picture, looks to me like you’ve been around the block a time or two. Nice flair to the bucket!

    A lot of buckets don’t have teeth, they’re called finish / re-handle buckets. Sometimes an excavator operator will have a piece of flatbar welded across the teeth.

    Hmmm, it's usually the excavator's owner who has the teeth blocked, operators being, well, operators, and well, buried lines being, well, buried.

    I thought the purpose of the teeth was to clean the dirt from both sides of the buried line.


    BTW...... Very nice work vernon. It should take a day or two to tear it up from the looks of it.
