This is my first al/tig project with my new Dynasty 200 DX. Love the machine so far. I had a shop bend everything up and i did the welding and mounting on it. I built for a friend of mine that is getting a little old and was having a hard time lifting his 150# generator up into the back of his truck.

Tough to tell from my pics but i had to strip off some of the belly insulation to expose the frame. Then i welded a 3/8"x4"x14" flat bar to the underside of the frame on both sides, then 2"x2"x1/4" square tubeing accross between the flat bars. Then came down with more flat bar off the original bumper to take any flex out of the tubeing. She's solid.
