A friend of mine wanted a flat bed to replace the rusted bucket on his Toyota. I got a real good 12oz rib-eye grilled over an open fire of applewood at the Red Dog Saloon in North Salem Indiana for the work. "Paid in full"
My family owns a sawmill so I got Ron some 2 inch white oak for the floor. New bed is a bit heavier than the original, but a bit stronger also.
After he said he wanted a new bed, and I saw the shape his bumper was in, I surprised him with a new bumper. I had some scrap 5 inch channel Iron from an old trailer the neighbor gave me that made a nice heavy bumper for this small truck.

that body makes that little truck look bigger. The body looks good but im not a fan of the tail lights.

I aggree about the lights.
They were Ron's choice. He went as cheap as he could, picked them up at Rural King. I tried to talk him into letting me build some corner brackets to hold the ones that were on the truck bed.
And thanks traumajunkie. That is my truck plate. Have the same plate on my car except it reads 33RD.
