I think the Volvo's have too long of a wheelbase for compact class. Most full size classes require American made cars.
I prefer 68-74 Cadillacs myself.

depends on the promoter. Some are 100" and smaller some are 102-104". Some dont know how to read a tape measure so you could get almost anything in

Are you allowed to reweld the seams on your cars? Last build I did I actually kept a timer going. It was 160 hrs for the first run. 16hrs for the 2nd and 1 hr for the 3rd and 2hrs for the 4th and 2 hrs for the 5th and now I need to rebuild a drivshaft and it is ready for the 6th run. 2 spools of wire so far
