TI-83 in the first pics is a pretty hefty calculator for shop math...

I'm an RPN man myself, but I do keep a TI-89 with me for certain things...

yeah i have an 86 and an 89 floating around somewhere. i like to program formulas into the 86, that way i can just plug in a few numbers and i'm done

Noticed that you beveled the edges of all the through holes. How did you do this, and how did you make them look so uniform? The whole thing looks machine made. Great job.

i just used a chamfering drill on a drill press after i drilled all of the holes.
it is a great tool to have around.

Is a chamfering drill the same as a "countersinking"drill? I assume when you use the "countersinking" drill you stop short of countersinking. Trick Tools and MSC don't have "chamfering"drills, that I can find. Thanks and sorry if the questions seem stupid. All I can find is coutersinking drills.

yes it was a countersinking drill, i may have been calling by the wrong name
