Nuttin' spectacular. We scored this 20-ton A/C unit off ebay for our studio and needed some Shrouds?? dunno what they're really called, so we could connect the ducting to.
Sorry for the crappy pics but my Iphone lens was dirty
20g sheet. Placed on table, clamped down with a piece of solid stock 2"x1/2" and then just hammered the edges over, more hammerin' to flatten it out a bit more.
The 125c Plaz sure came in handy cutting the circles.
