Default Flat Spot Weld Nozzle Project

Okay folks, I'm going to put up a project that I am working on and I hope to get some good feedback. As you can see from my "amazing" diagram attached below that I am attaching a zinc plated steel weld nut (.047 thickness) to 18/0 stainless steel. I will do this using the Millermatic 140 auto and the Miller Flat Spot Weld Nozzle #176237 that's going for about $18 bucks give or take. My question is what kind of wire should I use for this application? Any thoughts, comments, and snide remarks are welcome here.
Again, thanks for the welcome to the Miller Forum.
