This is a piece from a chiropractor table. I guess my sister was in to see the doc the other day, and he told her "hey, this is the table Josh fixed for me!"
It's cast aluminum. It looked to have been "fixed" once before, but just by a bead laid around the outside of the crack. I grooved out all the junk and filled it back in with the good stuff.
There was also a crack in another part that I fixed:

Antenna brackets. Made from 1" and 3/8" plate. 1 1/4" Holes bored in my lathe and welded with my MM185 w/CO2 and Inweld Dual Shield .035 fluxcore wire...Bob

My Craftsmen saw had a broken cast aluminum/? base that was broken for years. I NEVER though it would be repaired but the MM140 made it possible.
Not purdee but it works.
