    You're so funny
I am rather partial to aluminum myself as well. Esp. when compared to that shade of green
It is a big hunk for sure. All I could think of is what kind of a headache rack this would be

Aluminum is science fiction. First and second pics are fillets. Third pic is edge welding .060; pretending I can weld props.

Very Nice work there fusion King, Not only do you know how to weld but fabricating too.

I too was disapointed when I seen it powder coated.

    Any way excellent work.

    FK,

That is a nice piece of work. Good job!

Is that a number 3 or 4 JD bender you have? I have a need to bend aluminum, but thought that was beyond their features. Evidently not.

I keep running searches on the bump techinique, but not finding much. Anyway with my little 185 I would have to upgrade anyway.

BTW, thanks for the tip to serach for boat lifts/tanks in the Camden area. Found a lift at Osage beach about a month ago. Bought a 19ft lift frame, 2x4galvanized rect tube .250 wall and all other harware/air pump except a tank for $150.00. Have since found a tank, lift is in my slip now. Thanks

    Nice work FK, as always.

Boy, if that color matches the boat. I don't want to see the boat. Different strokes for different folks I guess.

Default So PUKE GREEN isn't your favorite??

Anyway we got back on track and made one for the boats we (I use that word loosely) make. Notice the mounting has changed for this boat because the transom has about 1" of cup across it's width. Once again I had to field mount the brackets because of the cup.

The crazy look on the tubes is the metal ceiling reflecting. A Kansas City Policewoman bought this boat and she let it be showed many time afterward to promote them
