New to the site:
Trying to find some new rocker covers for my 4.3 Chevy motor yielded poor results. The only ones available in the US were Edelbrock's "Signature Series", which I thought were ugly, so I put my mind to fabbing my own. I built them a while back and dont have any "in progress" pics, but here's the final result:
First I polished them
Then decided to have them powdercoated:
To make sure they were leak free I had the bases flycut by a machinist following welding.

Good job on the valve covers, How about some more details on the construction, photos of the inside, close upsk, etc.?
