I have a MillerMatic 130 welder. The serial # on back reads, KH313532.
It lacks any wire feed under 50 on the WFS dial. I checked voltage at the motor on pot 4, it carried from 9v to 19V when the motor finally engaged and topped around 28v I believe. Does this sound like the pot or the motor?
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

Sounds more like a voltage selection issue, what is it at?

That was at voltage selection 4.

Supposed to be 21 (Min) to 28 volts (max) on voltage position 4. since the drive does work, I'll guess that the motor board is ok. And the drive itself is worn out.

I'm leaning towards worn brushes or a burned comm in the motor. Going to tear it down and see what I can find.
If the comm is too damaged to turn (I have a comm lathe), is there a contact for ordering factory Miller parts?

Kinda rare for the motor itself to pooch, more common for the gearbox to bind though.
