The anchor point that allows the saw's angle to be set broke a couple years back and saved the part in spite of not having access to welding equipment, glad I did. I pre-eated with a heat gun on high for about a minute and set the MM140 to 6/90 but after a blast or two upped it to 7/100. It looks ok. We'll see with use.
Absolutely delighted that I bought this welder!!! I know this isn't a masterpiece of ingenuity in design and build but it sure feels good fixing broken stuff.
