Here is a picture of the rig I put together last year at work.

The first picture shows the 4 door wagon I started with, and what I turned it into. Even did the camo myself. And that is the official camo pattern BTW.





Here's a couple of the trailer I'm putting together for myself.

I'm just finishing the fenders and will mount the air compressor soon. I reworked the tongue jack yesterday for proper travel and powdercoated it black.

reels are the way to go.........

i have Shell-ryn's and Aluma's i love them both the Aluma's have the slight edge to being better..

so if you are looking for a set I could sell ya a set since i am going to start building my own for now.

That first photo doesn't look like a long range welder at all.

More like a long range "Plasma Cutter". Tests have shown it to be very effective on thick metals, but the edge is somewhat jagged. Also leaves behind a fair amount of slag.

Those photos look like some of the creations that came out of Ft. Lewis, WA back when the Army was developing the conceptual "light division".

Good friend of mine Col. Paul Cerjan, was Director of the High Tech Test Bed back when Gen Sy Myer was Chief of Staff of the Army. They were mounting some high power weapons systems on some highly mobile vehicles. Kind of a step around the Army's normal R&D process.

Your mobile welder would have fit right in.

How do you get the bottles in and out of the Hummer?
I was thinking that louvered sheet metal sides,(like the hood) around the bed would keep criminal minds from seeing the equip. And still give ventilation.
Might even work on the trailer as well???
Just a thought.
I would still like to have them like they are!!!

That mess of cables was on my floor, and driving me crazy. They're sitting on the trailer for now. That is where my compressor is to be mounted.

Reels? Yes.

My primary cables are 75' of 2/0. That mess is my 100' 1/0 extensions. I have some reels in mind, but shoot me what you've got, and I may consider them.

Most everything will be on reels.
