haha - we're all old by the sounds of it...... difference with me is I literally just started learning how to weld a couple of months ago ! I'm currently scheming on getting a free Dynasty 200 for a few months from a bunch of fab shop guys I know. You'll probably see me back here with a bunch of idiot-like questions shortly as I try to hook it all up. Sort of like giving a kid a Ferrari the day he gets his driver's licence but I'm not going to turn the offer down !
Thanks for reminding me of the Led Zepplin days !

did you tig the inside like it is? what torch, size tungsten/filler and size cup? (wondered how you reached in there....)
How thick was the alum?
