Sorry since the economy tanked, I can't afford dimes and have to stick with nickels.
Stainless weld on 1/4" plate. I should have waited for the first bead to cool down before I added the second one.
Making mistakes is a great learning tool.
Thermal Arc GTSW400, Airco Heliwelder II, Miller Dynasty 350, Hypertherm 1000, oxy-fuel setup, metal cutting bandsaw, air compressor, drill press, etc.

Great looking welds.
They look like snake scales.
Now all I need to do is to practice until mine look like yours.
Should only take a few years.
