Mine was the blue one from h.f.. I guess I could have replaced the wheels but it just wasn't big enough for the weld tec water cooler and the big argon bottle.

I was pulling it in my driveway and one of the front wheels came apart.
YUP! The front casters are junk. With the weight of the welder they won't swivel. I replaced with much nicer , locking units from Lowes....$6 each.....MORE BETTER!RoyB

Had to make a few modifications to the welding cart...........
I nearly pulled the Diversion 165 off the cart the other day! OUCH, that would have left a mark..........So I found a tie down strap that we use to tie luggage down on a motorcycle and used it to tie down the welder........Perfect!

The argon tank was hitting the back of the welder so a spacer was called for.


OK....Should be good to go now!RoyB
