Welding Cart for Miller 165 Diversion

I had that same cart.
I was pulling it in my driveway and one of the front wheels came apart.
My Lincoln inverter welder almost crashed to the ground, but instead fell over on one of the chrome lead's hangers and put an ugly golf ball sized dent in the side of the welder.
The lead's hangers were the only thing I salvaged before I gave the cart away at a garage sale.
I gave up on "cheap" Chinese CRAP.

Good point.
I'll have to keep an eye on it.
I should weld it all to gethere now.

Mine was the blue one from h.f.. I guess I could have replaced the wheels but it just wasn't big enough for the weld tec water cooler and the big argon bottle.

YUP! The front casters are junk. With the weight of the welder they won't swivel. I replaced with much nicer , locking units from Lowes....$6 each.....MORE BETTER!

Had to make a few modifications to the welding cart...........

I nearly pulled the Diversion 165 off the cart the other day! OUCH, that would have left a mark..........So I found a tie down strap that we use to tie luggage down on a motorcycle and used it to tie down the welder........Perfect!



The argon tank was hitting the back of the welder so a spacer was called for.





OK....Should be good to go now!
