bottle storage & use
Just a quick thought on the bottle question. You may want to check with DOT before doing too much creating on your weld setup. My understanding is that tanks must be secured upright for transportation. I could be wrong, but this is just my understanding and why bother to have it stand for transport and lay it down to weld?
Just a thought to consider to save possible issues down the road.~ed~
Have you ever noticed that enough is usually too much?!

Go ahead & lay them down. Make sure they are secure & you will have no problems.
