Here is a smoker I built last winter/spring.
Its an old fuel oil tank, with a reverse flow design. I will try to help if you have any questions.

It's a sad, sad day when a high school teacher has to build a BBQ trailer on his own. Back in my day the teacher assigned the students to research, design, and build the project. Then the instructor would claim it as his. Originally Posted by nvaggie
