I am just learing to TIG. You are sure ahead of me. You design is very good. What size is the tubing for the grips?
I am like you, welding is fun.

The tube is 3/16 or schedule 80 right? But I learned a little trick from one of our local welders. If you want a soft edge on a handle or something like a fishing rod holder, just take your torch and melt the end of the tube over. If you have everything right it will be nice and shiny and it wont have a sawed off look. Its really easy. And Thank you for the complement. I am still practicing on tube and I have to do this out side so the wind messes with me once in a while, but when I get out (Army) I am building a house with a welding shop.
