Bender plans
Check out the chopper builders handbook. google it they have detailed drawings on several types of benders and even some instructions on building dies.

building the benders are easy, the die's are the problem. unless you have a lath.
if ya do a search they have been coverd here several times and most of the posts show plans and or where to get free sets as well as die's.
