It'll Go about 35 km/hr. faster than ya want to go perched atop a bar stool. 6.5 hp motor.

Bar Stool
Since it is a bar stool, a beer in hand would almost be mandatory.
My question is, can you drive it without spilling the beer?

Yes - you need to add one of those marine type cup holders, it swings and sways - and doesn't spill. You gotta keep both hands on the wheel on that hot-rod...
