This is some pics of the big smoker that I'm in the process of rebuilding. It was built about 6 yrs ago, and was not built like I designed it. The guy that built it, built it like he wanted. I have cut the firebox off, all the counter weigths that were attached with cable and pulleys, all the shelves, and still got to cut the stacks outs to replace. I'm adding a upright smoker and built a trailer for it to ride on.

Lineman99, your rebuild is looking nice. That will surely hold a lot of Que when your finished.
