My latest project still in progress. 1" square tubing frame, 1/2" square tubing rails, and sheet metal for the stars is all 16 gauge, the rings are 1/4" round bar. There are 10 of the panels with stars and there will be 4 different panels in the "wedge shaped" areas. I hope to start hanging the panels tomorrow so they will be level and the rails will line up from panel to panel (maybe?)......I cut the stars using a pattern with my plasma cutter and rolled the rings on a HF ring roller (thus the 1/4" round bar).
