I spent the last two days building this for a client:
Its the base for 3 small cabins that will be shipped to a mining town.. The structure is built from 200x100x4.0mm (8" x 4") RHS.. 4 stiffeners running between the two main bearers.. and 31 floor joists made from 150mm x 1.5mm galvanized C-Section..
I did the whole thing with the Bobcat and 12VS wirefeeder.. 5kg's (11pounds) of wire.. About 10 hours solid welding.
Its the first really serious workout I've given the 12VS.. I was very happy with it! I hope the customer was happy to.. its a prototype for another 390 he wants to build!

So they build the cabin on the base instead of needing some foundation probably? Heck you could maybe even kid the things around with those bases being like they are.
Great work. I'm suprised you got by with 11 lbs of wire.
