Default Truck box tie down rails with toolbox

I just built and installed a pair of tie down rails for my F350 pick up. They were made from 3/16" angle iron with hooks bent from 3/8" round bar. The first 21" back from the cab was fabbed up by notcing out vertical side of the angle iron leaveing 1 3/16" then using the excess cut off a matching section and welded up a box section to set the tool box on. The mounting bolt holes are 1/2" and the hole on the bottom of the box area has a 1 1/8" hole on top to drop the bolt through and put a socket on it.
