I first had a Jackson which was Cheap and I just did not like it.
I then got a better one with some solar power and really like the feature. Then I moved up to an Optrel and have NEVER looked back. The Swedes know how to build a welding helmet for sure
A feature I like is the push-on push-off grinding setting. There is a red LED just above your left eye that flashes on/off to let you know you are in grinding mode. It will only stay on for about 10 min and then it auto reverts back to welding mode. Saves a lot of time by keeping you from switching back and forth as your weld and grind...Last edited by SavageSunJeep; 06-29-2008 at 09:34 PM.
