Looks like it works great. I think it needs a grill on it somewhere however. All those nice coals going to waste and nowhere to cook anything!

just lay what ever you want to cook on the top.
It will be done fast.
couldn't hardly get close to it while it was going.
the goal is to use scrap/trashy would in the bottom to cook good wood into charcoal.
I am going to cook up another batch tonight.
