Had some reels in a sale flyer right on my desk from my LWS. These are Cox reels. Hand crank welding cable reels are about $488.00 each. holds 500' of #2, or 150' of #2/0 takes [2]. O/A reel is also Cox are about $300.00 up depending if you want hand crank or auto-rewind.

Thanks for all the good info. GENT!!!!!! I checked out some web-sites **** they are expensive, Hanley makes really nice hand cranks but not sure of the price yet. Does anyone have any pics. of how therie welder is set up with the reels. The new truck is a service body and I'm trying to save as much space as I can.

I've been looking for ideas for a good reel set-up too. It's a project that should have been done years ago but I still haven't got around to it. Any good pictures or links to a thread with info would be great!

Express Trailer Products
I was in contact with Cody, the sales manager at Express Trailers in Victoria on April 30. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
Arc Welding Spoolers $795.00
Remote Spooler $295.00
Oxy/Fuel Spoolers - not in production, still in prototype stage.
Welder roll-out bed $795.00
I priced out the roller bed so I could mount my Ranger 250 inline with the box, with control panel facing tailgate and be able to roll welder out away from toolboxes to service.

New Truck
I got the new rig all set up for you fellas to look at. I will be downloading some tomorrow. I ended up getting a leftover 06 GMC 3500 Service body, just installed the rack that I fabricated this past weekend, came out looking great.
