Bent up some 10 guage aluminum for a customer who wanted to carry spares in a rack in his trailer rather than rolling all over. Bent & then cut plates to close ends. Still learning tig so I spoolgunned inside & tigged outside.Need a lot more practice yet but I thoght perfect opportunity to get some here.

the inside did you use 4043.if so i have trouble with mine levening spark traces seen in one pic. is that from haveing the heat set to high. thanks for the picsmiller bobcat 250

Yes it was 4043 . Usually not too big a problem, but spoolgun angle was a little less than ideal.P.S. I did clean the shop SAturday
& seriously good luck with the corn planting.
