    Default latch fix

I'm not much of a welder, but I try.

This is the roof latch for my miata. Went to open it yesterday and realized the latch was not latching. After looking at the one that worked, came to the realization it had worn enough to not latch.

Dis-assembled the latch. Sanded off the tip, fired up the tig, got it hot, dabbed in the aluminum and stopped. Was real concerned the part would melt. Smoothed the rough edges and re-assembled it. It works !!! Not pretty, but functional.
