Looks like the floor is carpeted? How do you keep that from getting burned up.......

Hey guys,
thanks for the replies...I cut a slit into the metal backbone a 1/4" thick parallel to the ground and just slide each shely in. I also added a small piece of angle iron below each shelf to help support the weight.

A-w-s-o-m-e!!! Are you going to make a diamond plate back to hide the wires? Per HMW...did you lay fireproof canvas over the carpet when you welded it together???
