  • Do you have 3 phase power connected to this welder? It is a 3 phase only welder.
using the diagram pasted to the cover, find to voltage feedback wires to the pcb. Make sure they are not open.
Check diode SCR assembly for shorts. If any diodes or SCRs are bad they are not available from Miller....

If you are talking about frame ground to earth. It is not required unless you using the welder for standby power AND connected to a building electrical system. Welding or work "ground" carries weld current . Only time this should be earth grounded is if you are TIG welding with HF. Remember...

None that I can think of in an all in one package. You other choice is a shopmaster which is a AC/DC stick Mig power source. But to that you will need to add a feeder like a 22A and a HF arc start box for the tig. Depending on which version of the shopmaster you can find will determine what controls...

Cooler by its self should shoot coolant some distance. No hoses attached.
Connected the blue hose to the cooler out put and disconnect the red from the power block.
Should be a steady low pressure flow. should easily fill a quart jar in around a minute or two.
    these two test will point...
