Well the fact I had 190 in my head when I did the bend did not help my cause. a real pain to remove the die.

            What brand/model is that bender?

I have a JD squared bender. I put a air over hyd ram on it. I used the Swag adapter. It was a time saver and is a good solid machined piece. I have the dies for 1" round and square tube. I like the looks of square but I find the Round much easier to work with. The square bites into the die and makes it harder to estimate spring back. I enjoy working with it. I never had a chance to work with such tools when I was on the road hangn iron. So I enjoy puttsing around in my shop with such tools.

A little touch up paint perhaps some of the textured paint in a flat back to match the wood stove.

Had a change up. Got rid of the donkey ears and did a coupon bend.

That's probably the finest little wood rack I've ever seen.
