  • thinking of a new gooseneck flat deck

Well i have been out of the welding business for a few years now just doing my own repairs and now im looking to buy a used gooseneck trailer for $2500 and rebuild the way i want it. I already know i need 2 new axels and 4 tires and wheels along with new wiring and lights plus i wanna add a 4ft beaver tail with fold up ramps. Then add new paint and decking. Im thinking i may spend as much as if i just buy a new one all ready to go? Any thoughts will be much appreciated

    Gooseneck

I think at that point I would just get one the way you want it, I looked into putting Torsion bars on a trailer for a guy who does Granite countertops and it was cheaper to order a new one the way he wanted it.

To get the parts and supplies i will have a total investment of around $7,000 and to get a new one the way i want it will run me about $12,000. If i was gonna hire someone to do all the work for me it would cost about the same
