  • how much thicknes ALum.use Spoolmates?

    Wonder, will those MillerMatic DV12 w/ Spoolmate(#951067) or 212 w/ Spoolmate (#951068)or ,MillerMatic252 w/Spoolmate able weld on ALumunim 3003AL(1/16”thickness) and 6061-T6AL (1/4”thickness) plate to be weld?

    This is 6061-T6AL. 1/4" thickness.

Wonder, how thickness those items could weld on 6061AL (1/4”thickness) plate?

you'll have a hard time with the .063 al, but you should be able to handle the 1/4 just fine. you'll have to pay attention to your duty cycles though. the 3003 will weld to the 6061 but use 5356 filler alloy. any more questions, just ask

I am not familiar with 5356 Filler Alloy things.
What is 5356 filler alloy? Look like Filler Rod and must using TIG Maxstar and Dynasty TIG?
I looked at Goggles search relating to it. http://www.htpweld.com/products/tig_...etal/index.htm. that what you explain. Correct?
Also I search at Miller Search and found>>>interesting :
