    Has anyone welded there own heavy duty pipe bumpers front & back on trucks ?

    That bumper is amazing. Where is the most reasonable place to purchase pre formed weld fittings?

    It's been done. Are you looking for suggestions? I've build several rear bumpers but always used channel iron. Pipe would be similar.

    I've seen plans for a pipe bumper, I think in a Lincoln Arc Welding book, that also server as a tank for compressed air. Good Luck!
