any idea what wall thickness this one is made from?
I was in a rush when I saw it ,a rep from ESAB was pitching their new tig unit so I just snapped a couple photos on my way out the door,But the material looked pretty light.Miller offers something similar for the Dynasty if you look under product/carts page,The main difference is the Miller design has the units riding to the back and above the wheels instead of to the side.Mike
Thanks to everyone who posted. I've got a pretty good plan in the old knoggen going now. I'm going to measure out the machines and material and design it in autocad so I'll know everything will fit. Then it's time to burn some metal
I was wanting to put my TIG, MIG, and plasma on one cart with both bottles. I have two 200cf bottles for my processes and I got it done. It rides really well and is really strong with no worries of the bottles dragging. There is a lot of cables with all the machines, and the cable management seems to be under control as much as possible. I went with aluminum to keep the corrosion down and also it is just nice to showcase my welds on my cart. I gave my old cart away to my neighbor (who was delighted), but I alway say, "Out with the old and in with the new." Enjoy.

I am building a very similar(almost exact) filler rod holder,I was going to frame the sheetmetal from below keeping the square tube hidden, but after looking at your idea I am going to frame it along the edges I like that look.Mike
