Mommy gave me the ball back, She said I could only play until it gets dark.

This is want I was talking about, that I had to go though. So after that I was real creative to make sure a trailer is under the weight threshold.
I am sorry that things got out of hand.I just wished I was given the benefit, that I knew what I was talking about, Since This is what I ran up against years ago, and not look at me as a new member only.. I am a new member but I am not new to the trade. Oh I here Mommy yelling for me. Here is a link to the Homemade/Aspt trailer rules. OKAY MOMMY I AM COMMING.!!!!

Not to beat this to death, but the info you just supplied is exactly what I have already posted.

Any trailer over 2000 lbs. is considered a COMMERCIAL trailer, (excluding boat or other types of water vessel). COMMERCIAL type trailers do get inspected and they do get titled, but once again as already stated above, if properly built with the proper materials the trailer in question should be nowhere near the 2000 lb. commercial ratings.

There is no inspection process in effect for the State of Florida on personal use trailers (under 2000lbs.) be it homeowner or business (not to be confused with commercial) use which is what this dump trailer would be considered.

After all is said and done with this, the only thing that I can see that has been done is that the OP was probably run off and won't return and this little debate doesn't do much good for other forum members because they more than likely live in other states and have their own sets of D.M.V. silliness to deal with.

We should just agree that we disagree as no one can be hurt or injured with the information so far and move on to help others. Now pass me the ball and get back in the game. Dave

To the OP if you are still out there,
JSFAB has given some really good advice to get you started in the right direction.

                  LMAO,

After you jumped into a couple of threads I was on with your worthless bable, I went back and read about 5 pages of the 600 or so posts you've made in the last two months since signing up.

What that told me, I've still got a lot to learn (from guys like Dave) but it's not going to be from you. I've seen a lot of "ataboy's" and other BS come from your keyboard, but nothing of substance.
Well I am sorry for you feeling that way about me.
But you should never call encouragement "BS" , because everyone needs it now and then. In fact you may need encouragement some day, if so look me up and I will be happy to encourage you in any way I can. And I promise not to feed the mushrooms, or give you "Worthless Babel" . Take Care
