  • My gf's birthday present....

    well part of it. Anyways, just practicing my tig....thought this came out pretty cool. It's .065 316 stainless. Nameplate for her desk at work. Dave

              that's very cool... I like the sheet music portion at the end... is she in the music industry or a music teacher by chance?

              I made my girl somethign similar for her desk at the bank a long time ago.. maybe the airforce will let me make her a bullet proof name tag LOL

                  very neat

                  i did some for christmas when i was learning, just mig'ed together
                  some coupons and laid down the person's name - not nearly as
                  artistic as yours - and they went over great. i'm sure your gf
                  will love hers

                      Thanks guys. I waited "briefly" between beads.........I used a flapdisk to get the initial look then just the tig torch after scribing(and measuring) the letters. She just loves music......that's all. Dave
