  • 200 Millermatic

Hi there, My name is Mike and would like to ask your help in solving my problem. I purchased a millermatic 200 and I was wondering if someone knew the jumper settings for the input voltage. I believe it is set for 550 and I need it at 220. I appreciate all input.

    Thank You

    Hey Mike,
Welcome to the forum. A couple of us replied to your question in another thread but here's what we offered:

For some reason Miller left out the jumper arrangement illustration in certain SN range MM200 manuals and refers the reader to the jumper arrangement label near the primary terminal strip. Once you download the correct manual for yours as cruizer mentioned - based on its SN - read it carefully as the jumper arrangement may be in the primary wiring section toward the front of the manual, in the wiring diagram toward the rear of the manual or you may be directed to the jumper arrangement label at the primary terminal board.
