  • Hockey - not welding!

Just came home after a couple of drinks with a few of the parents from my son's hockey team. He is a 18 y.o. high school senior who plays for a Chicago suburban public school team.

On Saturday @ 2:00 they play at the United Center, home of the Chicago Blackhawks for the Illinois State High School Championship.

I am really proud of them... and they don't even know how to weld... eeerrr or change a tire on their bike... but they can skate.

Bert, I hope you didnt get the idea to use Xbox 360 from our talk today There actually is a game out that you can weld in but the sad thing is it looks more like a oxy fuel torch then a mig welding torch I just had to put my 2 cents in on that
Thanks for reading I hope my post helped

                  Thanks!

Thanks for all the good wishes guys... unfortuntately they lost 3 to 2 in overtime. The game was amazing as they played at the United Center (where the Chicago Bulls and Black Hawks play). The kids pictures were up on the jumbo-tron, there were instant replays and the whole works. The whole thing was even televised.

All in all it was a great experience for them. Bittersweet last game of their high school hockey careers. They already beat this team several times this year.

                  ok, back to welding...
