I have done a fair amount of testing on this machine. Input voltage is 241 vac, contactors look almost new inside, IGBT's seem ok, lem has power and is not shorted, output diodes not shorted. Anything I should double check before replacing the top PC board? (Anything that would harm a new board)

    Are the caps balanced?

help 6 ALWAYS means that the top board is toast, so either the unit is not recognizing the input voltage or the pulse transformers are not firing the igbts.

Caps are balanced, but at a reduced voltage because CR1 does not pull in.
