  • Problem with Dynasty 300DX

My Dynasty 300DX gives me a trouble code of HEL-6
I'm running it on 480 volt 3phase. My meter tells me that I have 480 volts across each leg with about 278 volts between each leg to ground. Voltages were measured at the wires going into the welder.
The trouble code tells me that the input voltage is low. I certainly don't measure any low voltages.

    Any suggestions?

Well, we never check voltages to frame ground, that means nothing and is kinda a dumb idea due to board circuit commons., more thinking that your top board is cooked
