  • Millermatic 175 not feeding wire

Please, anyone, help if you can....I posted about this problem back in April but had to mothball the project for awhile. The wire feed motor just quit one day and the tests I did on the motor were inconclusive. I also tried hooking up a new gun that I had handy with no luck. I replaced the PCB and drive motor but still nothing. I have weld current at the gun when I pull the trigger and a red LED lights on the pcb and I can hear a relay or contactor power up. I'm not sure how to test the wire speed control but the transformer on the fan motor is putting out 24vac. Any help would be appreciated. MM 175 230V s/n LE119617
