  • looking for help

Im starting a new career in welding. I am starting school in January. Does anyone have a copy of Welding Principles and Applications 7th edition that they would be interested in getting rid of? I appreciate any help. New books are so expensive!

I know that you said you want the 7th edition but the 5th edition is available on eBay quite reasonably.

Is this the book used by most welding schools?

I don't know how widespread its use is in welding schools. I used it in my one year welding class at a local community college in the winter of 1994-1995. I just looked at my copy and it's The Third Edition, dated 1994.

Most any version would probably be OK. I know that new ones are very expensive nowadays.

Why not call the instructor and see what he says about books to be used in the class?
