How critical of an application is it for? If just general Tig welding then I'd just use a bench grinder with a dedicated diamond wheel. You can even put the tungsten in a drill so you can control the spinning action on the grinder.
I use a Harbor freight diamond wheel replacement blade for their circular saw sharpener. I just added it to the side of my bench grinder wheel and works great. There have been posting on this blade too. one member bought the saw sharpner and uses it for his tungsten.
