Good afternoon, Have made a couple of driveway ramps for neighorhood due too extra steep driveway incline. Newer cars will bottom out pulling in or out. Using 1/4" x 24" x 48" plate welded end to end to cover full size 2 car driveway (16')

I have somebody lives on a court with a single car driveway so 8' will be fine. Question is how can I put a curve maybe 5-6 degrees without cutting off and wasting a lot of material ? I was thinking overlap ends then torch off the excess ?? thanks for any help..../gary

Picture. I would make a couple of cuts bend then reweld.
