  • AEAD 200LE AC terminal wireing question

Maybe someone can offer some clarity here..
    AEAD 200LE serial# JE776059
When cleaning up this old mule I found lead #58 connected to the terminal strip in the "D" position (240v) but with both jumpers in place for 120v on terminal strip
the machine ran and powered up to rpm in weld mode or when load is applied in generator mode
however there was ac voltage at only one side of the duplex outlet

seeing #58 was in the incorrect location for 120v operation I repositioned lead#58 where my manual describes
now the machine produces low current at both outlets but does not power up the engine when load is applied

There is a fried diode D59 on circut panel PC2

Thanks for any and all help
