    Can I run a 12vs suitcase off a MP30E?

  • #2
Yes, BUT you have to jumper the 115 VAC contactor with something so you can put the neutral and hot leads across from your 115 outlet into the 2 wire contactor. Contactor turns on then weld away. The MP30E units are fine machines.

      Ok...but I have a 12vs...NOT a 12rc...so I don't need a remote outlet. Will it still work?

I new that, but if I recollect the 30E, doesn't have a way to turn the contactor on, no contactor on no weldy weldy, ya get it?
