    Need a idea how to flash or excite ( blue star generator welder).

      I would think it has an exciter circuit so flashing isn't needed.

        Thanks big mike it's blue star 185 welder generator done everything I know but still no voltage...

                You need to flash the SR2. Use a 12 volt battery, positive of the battery to the positive of the SR2 rectifier, negative to negative. Wire 110 is your positive and 122 is your negative. All you have to do is touch one of the leads to the proper terminal of the rectifier. Don't clamp it on there. Start it up and see if you have OCV. If not then repeat the process.
